Be Positive
The reason for this is simple, studies suggest that being positive shows to decrease your stress and “fuel” your resilience. What does that look like? First, SMILE! From there, work on positive emotions in your life.

· Amusement
· Appreciation
· Creativity
· Gratitude
Being positive costs nothing. Smiling costs nothing. Treating others with kindness costs nothing. It can be difficult to reframe our mindset to be positive, although it can be done. Actually, we are commanded too.
Matthew 7:12 states, “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.”
We each desire for others to treat us with kindness, with love, and with appreciation, but that often starts with how we treat ourselves. The quote below is a good reminder that we should always seek to be better and treat others better.
